Sichuan Institute of Culture and Art, referred to as "Sichuan Literature and Art", is located in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province. It is a full-time undergraduate institution of higher learning approved by the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) (China).

The school was founded in 200 1, formerly known as Mianyang Art College of Sichuan Conservatory of Music; In 2006, it was approved by the Ministry of Education as an independent college at undergraduate level to recruit students nationwide; 20 12 was approved as an authorized unit for bachelor's degree, and jointly established a postgraduate training center with Sichuan Conservatory of Music. 20 14, approved by the Ministry of Education, was transferred and renamed Sichuan Institute of Culture and Arts.
