The motor rotates, but the gearbox output shaft does not rotate.

A. Check the motor rotor head to see if it is normal and whether it is worn.

B. Turn the driving wheel by hand, and the gearbox output shaft can rotate easily without any resistance, indicating that the gearbox output shaft is broken and needs to be replaced.

C. The gearbox and output shaft rotate normally, but the transmission shaft does not move and makes a squeaking sound, indicating that the transmission shaft locking screw is loose. Turn the transmission shaft screw to the flat position of the motor by hand, and then re- Lock (should not be too tight to prevent the gearbox output shaft from bending and deforming).

D. The gearbox output shaft and transmission shaft rotate normally, and the driving wheel can be grasped by hand, indicating that the driving wheel has been damaged due to overload and needs to be replaced.

Music player failure

1. The power cord is not connected or the wiring is poor.
