Time and place

Time: July 25th and 26th, candidates will register at 6:30 every morning.

Location: Baicheng Experimental Senior High School (formerly Baicheng Railway No. 1 Middle School)

2. Subject Arrangement

Interview subjects on July 25: Primary and Secondary School Mathematics, English in primary and secondary schools, music in primary and secondary schools, physical education in primary and secondary schools, and art in primary and secondary schools.

Interview subjects on July 26: Primary and secondary school Chinese, junior high school geography, junior high school history, junior high school ideological and moral character, junior high school physics, junior high school chemistry, junior high school biology, primary and secondary school information technology, primary school science, Mongolian teaching positions (Mongolian Chinese for primary school, music for primary school, and mathematics for junior high school)

3. Interview method

The interview will be conducted in the form of lecture and oral defense. It mainly tests candidates’ basic teaching quality and practical ability in education and teaching. The lecture time for each candidate is about 7 minutes, and the interview time for each candidate is within 10 minutes. The interview score is calculated based on a full score of 60 points. One point and the lowest score are removed. The remaining scores are added and averaged to obtain the candidate's final score. The average is retained to two decimal places. The judges will score on the spot with integers and calculate the candidate's final score. After being signed and confirmed by the on-site supervisor, the interview results will be announced to the candidates on the spot.

IV. Interview procedures

1. Candidates should report on time. Candidates should arrive at the designated interview location according to subject arrangements and time requirements.

2. Candidates enter the waiting room. After the candidates register, the staff will lead the candidates to the corresponding waiting room, and organize the candidates to draw lots by subject and county (city, district) to determine the interview serial number of each candidate (the interview serial number consists of 8 digits).

3. Candidates enter the preparation room. Candidates must go to the preparation room to prepare lessons according to the interview order determined by drawing lots. The preparation time is 30 minutes.

4. Candidates enter the interview room. After the candidates have finished preparing for the lesson, they will go to the interview room under the guidance of the staff for lectures and defense.

5. The candidate interview is over. Candidates go to the waiting room to wait for their results. After the interview of the next candidate is completed, the previous candidate returns to the interview room to listen to their own interview results.

V. Notes

1. Candidates must bring their ID cards and written test admission tickets to the test center. Candidates who have lost their ID cards must have the original household registration certificate or temporary ID card issued by the public security department. .

2. Candidates must use Mandarin for lectures and defenses (except for positions applying for Mongolian or English teaching).

3. Candidates should consciously abide by the interview discipline and consciously obey the management of the staff. They are not allowed to bring any communication tools and are not allowed to have accompanying persons enter the examination room. While waiting for the interview, candidates must follow the arrangements of the staff. Go to the designated place to wait and prepare for the test. No loud noises are allowed. You must leave the test center immediately after the interview.

4. Those who arrive at the interview examination room (based on the school gate) 15 minutes overdue will be deemed to have given up the interview automatically.

5. The entire interview process will be conducted in a closed manner, with monitoring equipment enabled throughout the process.

6. Candidates should bring their own lunch and drinking water.

Important reminder: Candidates need to remember their lottery number (8 digits). After entering the interview room, they are only allowed to report their lottery number to the judges. They are prohibited from revealing their names or introducing personal information. If they violate The above provisions will be regarded as a disciplinary violation and their interview qualifications will be cancelled.

6. Selection of teaching materials

Nine-year compulsory education teaching materials will be used for interviews. Candidates are required to bring their own interview materials according to the disciplines they have applied for.
