Teachers should pour their love into every child. She not only said so, but also did so. In 1983, when she first set foot on her job, there was a child named Xiao Kai (a pseudonym) in her class. Because of her young age, she cried every day and refused to go to kindergarten. She woke up with nightmares after taking a nap. Like a loving mother, she warmly hugged her child from her parents every morning to divert her attention and played games with him to enhance her feelings. During the nap, she caressed her companion until she fell asleep. Xiaokai often cried when she woke up, so she held him around the garden for a long time. In order not to let the crying affect the nap of other children, she held the children for a long time. Although her arm was sore, she never got bored until the child fell asleep again. In this way, after a whole month, Xiao Kai was finally able to enter the park happily. At that time, there was a child named Xiaowen in her class, whose speech was unclear, and her abilities were obviously lower than those of other children. Even the garden leaders thought that this child was "hopeless", but she was not discouraged. In 1997, when the kindergarten established the Nanjing Municipal Demonstration Park, her father was hospitalized for a car accident. During the day, she works conscientiously in the garden. At night, she was still in the hospital with her unconscious father, reading and sorting out preschool education materials and preparing for the next day's work. Her father was in hospital for nearly a year until his death, and she never took a leave of absence. At work, she never cares about personal gains and losses, and never complains about being tired. On weekdays, I always get up early and get greedy, arrive early and leave late. In her eyes, kindergarten is better than her own home, and garden construction is more important than home.

In the summer of 1999, her hemorrhoid had just been operated on for two days. When she learned that there was a national music psychology study, she immediately went to study, which affected the recovery of the wound for seven days in a row. She went to the hospital for a second operation, and after resting at home for 1 days, she went to participate in the national music education research and training. This time, in order not to affect the recovery of the wound, after listening to the report every day, she painfully squatted on the bed in the dormitory until the end of the study. Usually, take time and read a lot. Self-pressure, self-determined reading plan, reading 1 magazines every month, reading 1-2 theoretical books every quarter. At the same time, we also regularly give demonstration classes to the teachers in the whole park to observe. She instructs young teachers to be strict and meticulous.
