Chen Xiaoqi, a famous songwriter, music producer and TV producer, is currently a member of the Presidium of Chinese Music and Literature Society, a director of China Music Copyright Society, a member of China Musicians Association, a director of Guangdong Writers Association, a director of Guangdong Musicians Association and a vice chairman of Guangzhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

1954 was born in Chencuozhai Village, Chigang Town, Puning, Guangdong, and grew up in Pingyuan, Meizhou. 1978 was admitted to the Chinese Department of Sun Yat-sen University. 1982 After graduation, he joined Guangzhou Branch of China Record Corporation as editor and director of planning department. 1993 was transferred to the deputy general manager of Pacific Audio & Video Company, and 1997 was transferred to the music director of Guangzhou TV Station.

Personal work

Song writing began at 1983, with nearly 2,000 published works and about 200 winning works.

Representative works include: The Sound of the Waves Still, Hello Big Brother, Daughter Red in 1999, I don't want to talk about it, Cheer for us today, Leap to the Peak, Embrace Tomorrow, Big Waves Wash the Sand, Baqiao Willow, Fireworks in March and Fireworks in March.

In 2004, on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Sun Yat-sen University, his alma mater wrote the school song "The Mountain is High, Feel Free to Complain" for his alma mater, which has been widely sung so far. It has become the singing song of many ceremony activities in the school, which is widely regarded as the second school song of Sun Yat-sen University, and has been identified as the song of Sun Yat-sen University alumni by the Alumni Association. The songwriters are all from Chen Xiaoqi. Achievements and honors Among them, The Sound of the Waves Still has quickly swept overseas since its publication, and has been sung for a long time, becoming a classic of popular songs in the mainland; "Crossing the Peak" and "See the Rainbow Again" were selected as songs in the first World Women's Football Championship and the ninth National Games. His works are unique in mainland music with their elegant, ethereal and profound cultural style.

During my tenure in China Singing Guangzhou Company and Pacific Audio & Video Company, as producer and production director, I have produced famous singers such as Gan Ping, Zhang, Lin Ping, bald li jin, Liao Baiwei, Shan Ying Group and so on. After the establishment of Guangzhou Chen Xiaoqi Music Co., Ltd., famous singers such as Rong Zhongerjia, Xie En and Song were successively signed and introduced.

Chen Xiaoqi has been invited to be the judge of national singing competition and creative competition for many times.
