1. Open AE and create a new solid color layer to add audio waveform effects.

2. Right-click the layer to pop up the menu and select "Effect" - "Generate" - "Audio Waveform" to add the "Audio Waveform" effect to the layer.

3. Then the parameter control panel will appear on the left, where you can modify the parameters of the "Audio Waveform" effect.

4. The audio waveform needs to be combined with music to see the effect. You can control the starting point, end point and density of the audio waveform in the parameter panel.
