"Start over" is a song sung by mainland singer Liu Huan.

From the beginning was written by Chen Tao and composed by Wang Xiaofeng. It was released in 1997 and included in the album Classic Collection of 2 Years released by Xinsuo Music in Liu Huan in August 24. In 1999, the song won the "Five One Projects" prize of Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China and Beijing Propaganda Department.

Liu Huan, born in Tianjin on August 26th, 1963, graduated from Beijing University of International Relations with a major in French literature. He is a male singer, musician, music educator in China, a music professor in university of international business and economics, and one of the first musicians in China who can compose, arrange and produce music by computer.

since 1987, Liu Huan has been teaching in the School of International Relations and the University of International Business and Economics, teaching the History of Western Music. In 21, he was selected as an outstanding young teacher of the University of International Business and Economics by students. China University of Political Science and Law, China Renmin University, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Peking University and Tsinghua University were invited to hold special lectures on music, which were warmly welcomed by their students.
