1. Standing for 20 minutes; 2. Hooking your feet for 20 minutes; 3. Cycling in the air for 30 minutes; 4. Basic yoga movements Practice for 12 minutes; 5. Moxibustion on the 26th day; 6. Meditate cross-legged for 10 minutes.
"That Day"
That day,
I closed my eyes in the fragrant mist of the Sutra Hall,
Suddenly I heard your chant The mantra in the sutra;
That month,
I shook all the prayer tubes,
not for salvation,
just for Touch your fingertips;
That year,
I kowtow and prostrate on the mountain road,
not for an audience,
just To stay close to your warmth;
In that life,
I walked around the mountains, rivers and pagodas,
not to cultivate the next life,
Just to meet you on the way.
That month,
I turned all the prayer wheels lightly,
not for salvation,
just to touch your fingerprints ;
That year,
I bowed my head and hugged the dust,
not to worship Buddha,
just to stay close to you The warmth of I can meet you;
But, on that night, I forgot everything,
Abandoned faith, gave up reincarnation,
Just for, The rose that once cried in front of the Buddha has long lost its luster.
