The college has a strong faculty, with a group of teachers who are determined to forge ahead, have profound artistic attainments and have both ability and political integrity. The teacher comes from a famous art college in China. There are 66 faculty members, including 7 professors, 2 associate professors 12, 24 lecturers, 35 doctoral students 1 person, and full-time teachers with master's degrees. Some teachers in the college were rated as famous teachers in the third session of Guangxi universities, and some teachers served as members of the Music and Dance Sub-committee of the Art Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education and the director of the Music Education Professional Committee of China Higher Education Association. The College also invited a group of famous art educators with profound academic attainments and rich artistic practice experience, such as Fan Zuyin, Wu Guodong, Wang Yaohua, Xiao, Guan Jianhua, Xiang Yang, Zhang Hui and Wang Chaorui, as visiting professors.
