There are hiking routes, driving routes, breathing self-sufficiency devices for diving, changing rooms for swimming, restaurants, small shops, historical sites and complete outdoor barbecue facilities in the amusement square.
There is a track station in front of the parking lot, called the lighthouse observatory. Even if you walk, you can get there soon. You can also look in front of Cape Point, which is only about 20 minutes' walk. There is a sightseeing service center next to the rail station, where you can get maps and brochures of nature reserves.
You can see the southernmost cape of the peninsula from the observatory. Here, you can sometimes see two ocean currents in the Indian Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean meet to form a huge whirlpool. It turned out that the lighthouse here was built at an altitude of 248 meters, and the ships at sea were often invisible because of fog, so it was changed to an observation deck. 19 19, the brightest lighthouse on the African coast was built in Cape Town at an altitude of 87 meters.
Dias beach is a small white beach looking north from the Observatory, and the world-famous Cape of Good Hope stands in front of you. There are walkways, and it takes 1 hour to walk from the parking lot. However, there is a cliff that is out of harmony with the scenery. There is a sign in English and South Africa under the cliff, which reads "the southernmost tip of Africa (the real southernmost tip is in Cape Egales)". Many ships were killed in the strong wind near here.
