Scheme 1: set DNS manually.

1. Open the control panel → Network connection → Open local connection → Properties:
2. Double-click the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)→ Select to automatically obtain the IP address (0) and use the following DNS server address (B)→ Enter the preferred DNS server as "114.11/.
Option 2: clear IE cache
1. Open IE browser → Click Tools → Internet Options → Delete:
