Cao Zheng:
Former professor at China Conservatory of Music from 1920 to 1998, and master’s tutor. One of the founders of modern guzheng professional education, a guzheng theorist and educator. He came to Xi'an Music College in 1957, founded the guzheng major in Shaanxi and put forward the idea of ??"Qin Zheng returns to Qin".
Gao Zicheng:
1919—Professor of Xi’an Conservatory of Music, one of the representatives of the Shandong school. He has taught at Xi'an Conservatory of Music for more than 30 years, teaching Shandong Zheng music to students of the Shaanxi Zheng School, so that most of them have a solid technical foundation in the Shandong Zheng School. He has made outstanding contributions to the technical development of Qin Zheng School.
Zhou Yanjia:
1934—Professor of Xi’an Conservatory of Music, master’s tutor. One of the representatives of Qin Zheng School.
Qu Yun:
1946—Professor of the Art Department of Shaanxi Normal University and master's tutor. One of the representatives of Qin Zheng School.
Wei Jun:
Associate professor and master's tutor at Xi'an Conservatory of Music.
Yin Qun:
Young performer, former lecturer at Xi'an Conservatory of Music. Currently living in Singapore.
Chang Xiaodong:
Soloist of Shaanxi Provincial Song and Dance Troupe. Her Qin style zheng piece "Farewell to Changing Waters" won the Outstanding Work Award in the 1989 "Shancheng Cup" National National Instrumental Music Competition.
Rao Yuyan:
Professor of Xi’an Conservatory of Music. Master's tutor. Composed Qin Zheng solo pieces "Ode to Bridge Mountain" and "Capriccio on Huangling", ensemble piece "Suo Feng Sha", and concerto "Legend of Li Gong" that combine Xi'an drum music style with polyphonic techniques.
Zhou Yuguo:
Associate professor at Xi'an Conservatory of Music. He composed Qinqiang style zheng music "Xiang Yun", "Autumn Night Thoughts", "Yue", etc.
Zhang Xiaofeng:
Associate professor at Xi'an Conservatory of Music. Composed the Double Zheng Concerto "Tide" which combines Qin Opera and modern music.
Li Shibin:
Graduated from the guzheng major of Xi'an Conservatory of Music in his early years and studied under Zhou Yanjia. After graduation, he engaged in theoretical research and served as the director of the Shaanxi Provincial Art Institute. Published many Qin Zheng theory articles. "Essays on the Creation of Zheng Music", "Practice·Theory·System—Questions and Answers about the Shaanxi Zheng School", etc.
Jiao Wenbin:
Professor of Shaanxi Normal University. He is the author of "History of Qin Zheng" and "On the Return of Qin Zheng to Qin and Its Practice".
Bai Baojin:
A native of Chengguan, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, a bricklayer. He is one of the most influential Yulin ditty artists. In March 1980, despite being ill, he persisted in completing the collection and arrangement of regional folk music. Unfortunately, he died of illness in 1983. The repertoire he performed included "Pinching Garlic Sprouts", "Small Boat", "Wuguang Drum", "Calling the Sweet Lady", etc.
Zhu Xueyi:
A native of Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, a carpenter. Yulin ditty artist. Good at accompaniment for Yulin ditties and making zither
