Buren Bayar, the original singer of "The Edge of the Sky", is a Chinese Mongolian male singer.

Buren Bayar (March 6, 1960 - September 19, 2018) graduated from Inner Mongolia Art Institute. In 2005, he released his first personal music album "The Horizon", thus officially entering the music scene.

In 2006, he participated in the CCTV Spring Festival Gala and sang "Three Auspicious Treasures". In the same year, he won the Best New Century National Music Artist Award at the 6th Chinese Music Media Awards. In 2009, he was awarded the title of "National First-Class Actor".
