I teach Latin. I advise children not to try these dances too early. They are unrestrained and are not very good for the healthy development of children's body and mind. A group I took has been following me since the second year of high school, and I have made friends in my class since the fifth year. It's best to learn folk dance for a year or two first, so it will be much easier to learn.
