Work Plan for Early Self-enrollment
According to the spirit of the document "Opinions on Enrollment of Various Senior Schools in Hangzhou in 28" (Hangjiao High School [27] No.5), the implementation measures for early self-enrollment of our school in 28 are formulated.
First, the guiding ideology
Adhere to the principle of comprehensive evaluation of morality, intelligence and physique, and recruit junior high school graduates according to the school's media and art characteristics.
reflecting the requirements of quality education and the concept of new curriculum reform of basic education, and according to the needs of the development direction of high school, we choose to recruit junior high school graduates with expertise in music and fine arts.
follow the principle of "openness, fairness, impartiality and merit-based admission", establish a good self-restraint mechanism, and make the standards rigid, the project procedural and the results public.
II. Organizational structure
(1) Establish a leading group for independent enrollment in advance
Headed by the principal, the members are composed of relevant leaders of the school and heads of relevant party and government functional departments. III. Enrollment targets and plans
(1)? Enrollment target:
1. Basic conditions
(1) Junior high school graduates with registered student number of junior high school in Hangzhou (including the urban junior high school fresh graduates who have applied by the students and their parents, filed by the Municipal Education Bureau, and borrowed from other provinces in the future).
(2) Students from junior high schools in other places who have registered permanent residence in Hangzhou or whose parents hold the Talent Residence Permit in Hangzhou.
(3) Previous junior high school graduates who meet the above conditions.
(4) students with hobbies in art and fine arts.
2. Prerequisites
The comprehensive quality rating of the students applying for the exam must be 4 P grades or above.
(II) Enrollment Plan
Media Art Class: 2 large professional classes with 8 students
Among them, Media Music Performance Class (including vocal music, instrumental music, dance, broadcast hosting, film and television performance, and director): 2 small professional classes with 2 students each
Media Art Creative Class (including animation, photography and video recording) Classes in the same class for culture classes
IV. Procedures for enrollment
(1) Registration
1. Eligible urban junior high school graduates apply to their junior high schools from May 15th to 16th, truthfully fill in the "Application Form for Special Classes of Early Self-enrollment of Various High Schools in Hangzhou in 28", and fill in their majors, such as dancing, vocal music or broadcasting host, etc. The junior high school is responsible for reviewing the students' 28 self-enrollment registration form for all kinds of senior high schools in Hangzhou, and providing students with relevant certification materials.
2. Eligible foreign junior high school graduates and previous junior high school graduates will register for special classes in Hangzhou Education Examinations Institute on May 16th and 17th with the "Individual Student Entrance Examination Form" reviewed by Hangzhou Education Bureau.
3. Students came to our school to take part in the examination on May 24th, 28 with the test certificate issued by our school and the physical fitness test certificate of my junior three students.
3. The registration examination fee is charged according to the standards approved by the Price Bureau.
4. The media music performance class and the media art creative class cannot be reported at the same time.
(II) Assessment
The assessment result consists of three parts: professional assessment score, cultural test score and competition additional score.
1. Cultural test (including physical education) (324 points)

2. Professional assessment (1 points) (time: 1: -4: 3 pm on May 24th)
Students perform on the spot according to their own specialties and answer the main test on the spot. The judges, mainly composed of relevant professors and experts, score.

A. Vocal music: solo singing of a song (with accompaniment, within 3 minutes)
B. Instrumental music: solo singing of a piece of music or excerpts (without accompaniment, recitation, with musical instruments except piano, within 3-5 minutes)
C. Limited to 3-5 minutes)
D, broadcast host: recitation (limited to 3-5 minutes)
E, film and television performance: sketch performance (limited to 3-5 minutes)
F, director: picture analysis (limited to 3 minutes)
(2) media art creative class

3. Additional points for the competition
(1) Those who won the first and second prizes in the individual events of the art competition (live competition) sponsored by the provincial and above education administrative departments in the junior high school education stage and the first prize in the middle school group competition of the Hangzhou Art Festival for primary and secondary school students are 1 points; (2) The third prize winner of the individual project of the art competition (live competition) sponsored by the education administrative department at or above the provincial level in the junior high school education stage and the second prize winner of the live competition project of the middle school group of Hangzhou Art Festival for primary and middle school students are 8 points; (3) The outstanding member of Xizi Children's Art Troupe, which belongs to Hangzhou Middle School Art Troupe, and the third prize winner of the live competition project of the middle school group of Hangzhou Primary and Secondary School Art Festival are 6 points.
(4) Those who won the first prize of the live competition project of the middle school group of the primary and secondary school students' art festival in each city in the junior high school education stage will get 4 points;
(5) Those who won the second and third prizes in the live competition of the middle school group of the primary and secondary school students' art festival in each urban area in the junior high school education stage will get 2 points.
(6) There is no repetition of scoring, and the highest score of a single item is counted. The cumulative total score is up to 1 points.
(3) Admission schools will be selected from high scores to low scores according to students' assessment results, and the list of candidates will be published on the website of our school, the website of students' junior middle schools and Hangzhou Education Metropolitan Area Network (www.hzedu.net) from May 26th to 28th for publicity, soliciting opinions from students, teachers and parents.
Those who are found to be fraudulent or fraudulent through publicity will be disqualified.
in the third grade, students who were rated as outstanding student cadres at the municipal or urban level, and students who were three excellent students at the municipal or urban level were given priority in admission under the same conditions.
There is no objection to the candidates to be admitted. With the approval of Hangzhou Education Bureau, our school issued an admission notice at the end of May for formal admission.
The admitted students will no longer take the learning ability test for junior high school graduates in that year, but will report to the school on June 2nd, and get the high school status directly.
(IV) Fees: The tuition and miscellaneous fees of 1,. yuan per student per semester will be charged separately according to the standards stipulated by the Price Bureau
