Since 2014, I have started to go to the gym to exercise or use keep at home. I also made some friends through fitness (although we only chatted on WeChat about nutrition topics), and gradually started to use fitness to relieve stress. I don't usually use English, but I finally got a score of 7 on IELTS (but I'm still not satisfied with this score). I read 20 books last year (several original English books, and some novels, such as "The Fall of Giants"), which was less than the year before. I have written nearly ten books, and I will work harder this year.
