1. Right-click the mouse in the project bar, select Import, select the file, and import the audio to be edited into AE.

2. Right-click the blank space in the project bar, select New Synthesis, and click OK.

3. Right-click the blank space in the editing area, select New, select Solid Color, click OK, drag the music to the editing area, and select Solid Color.

4. In the pop-up menu bar, select Effect, select Generate, select Audio Spectrum, and replace the audio with imported music.

5. You can adjust the maximum height of the audio, etc. You can use the shortcut key q to switch the mask graphic, select the ellipse tool, and hold down the shift key to draw a circle.

6. Click Effects, click Audio Spectrum, change the path to mask one, and you can adjust the color of the mask.
