The founder, Mr. Huang Baiming, is currently a director of Oriental Entertainment Holdings Limited and the current chairman of the Hong Kong Film Production and Distribution Association.

Mr. Huang has been engaged in the film industry for more than 3 years. He has served as a director, producer, actor, producer and other roles. He is a generalist in the film industry and is even honored as the "King of Bridges".

In the 198s, Mr. Huang, Mai Jia and Shi Tian formed the New Art City Film Company, and made nearly 1 films, regardless of the box office value and artistic quality, such as Hero's True Color, A-Lang's Story, Best Partner, Why You Have Me, Prison Storm, etc., which successively won several Taiwan Golden Horse Awards, Hong Kong Golden Awards, and the best film in the Asia-Pacific Film Festival.

In 1984, Mr. Huang wrote and supervised the youth film Happy Guy, which reflected the campus life in Hong Kong. It was very popular and set a new box office record for Hong Kong youth films. The image of Zhu Xiucai, which he created and starred in, was deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The five episodes of continuous shooting, a series of happy ghosts, set a miracle in the history of contemporary Hong Kong movies. In addition, Mr. Huang's producer, screenwriter and starring New Year's films have repeatedly broken Hong Kong's highest box office records at home and abroad, including "Eight Stars Announcing Good News" and "Family Matters".

Mr. Huang founded the Oriental Film in 1991. The films produced and supervised by him include Family Affairs, Flower Field Affairs, bride with white hair, Big The Rich House, Midnight Singing, happy ever after, 97 Family Affairs, Big Three Yuan, and Big Three Yuan.
