Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 2 The name of the college is Jining Normal University. It is a public full-time ordinary undergraduate normal college. The national standard code is 11427. The registered address is No. 59 Gongnong Street, Jining District, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region ( Postal code: 012000), has two campuses, the south and the north (located on the east and west sides of Gongnong Street in Jining District, one kilometer apart).

Article 4: The college’s admissions work shall implement the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence, physical and aesthetics, comprehensive evaluation, and admission of freshmen on the basis of merit.

Chapter 2 Organizational Structure

Article 6 The college shall establish an admissions committee composed of the dean, the disciplinary inspection commission and other relevant department heads to be responsible for the admissions work of the college; an admissions office shall be established as The permanent body of the Admissions Committee exercises its powers on behalf of the Admissions Committee and handles the daily work of admissions; an Admissions Supervision Office is established during the admissions period to be responsible for the school's admissions supervision.

Article 7 The main responsibilities of the college admissions committee are:

(2) Prepare and submit the enrollment plan for the hospital by province and major according to the annual enrollment scale approved by the state and relevant regulations;

(4) Organize and carry out admissions publicity work;

Chapter 3 Enrollment Plan

In 2010, Article 9 College is open to 11 students from across the country including Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Heilongjiang, Jiangxi, and Hunan. Autonomous regions and provinces enroll students.

Chapter 4 Admissions

Article 11 The college shall, in accordance with the requirements of “school responsibility and admission supervision”, be specifically organized and implemented by the college admissions office under the leadership of the college admissions committee. All new student admissions are conducted remotely and online.

Article 12 The college determines the following file review and admission rules according to the filing rules of each province and autonomous region:

(1) Among the candidates whose filing scores reach the admission control score of the same batch, The electronic files of candidates will be accessed according to the proportion of 120% of the enrollment plan of the college;

(2) According to the order of candidates’ preferences, the files will be read and admitted from high scores to low scores;

(3) Candidates who apply for music majors and whose cultural examination scores reach the minimum control score for music majors and who pass the professional examination scores of our college or the unified examination scores of majors in the province where students are from will be selected according to the order of the candidate's application, and the cultural course scores will be ranked from high to high. The candidates with the lowest scores will be admitted on a selective basis;

(4) Candidates who apply for art majors, whose cultural test scores reach the minimum control score for art and who pass the professional unified examination scores, will be selected according to the order of the candidates' reported preferences and the professional unified examination scores. The sum of 60% multiplied by 40% of the cultural class score multiplied by 40% will be selected from high scores to low scores;

(5) Candidates who apply for sports majors must have a score of 60% for culture and sports majors and reach the minimum score set by our district. The minimum control score for admission shall be selected according to the order of the candidate's application and the sports major test scores from high to low;

(6) English-based majors and junior college majors require candidates to take an additional oral test, with scores of Passed;

(7) Candidates' physical health requirements shall comply with the "Physical Examination Guidance for Admissions to General Colleges and Universities" issued by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, and China Disabled Persons' Federation;

(8) The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implements the "professional voluntary clearance" rule.

Article 13: Computer science and technology, computer application technology, CNC technology, graphics and image production, automotive application technology, CNC technology, computer art design and other majors are recommended to take a unified foreign language examination because their professional training is closely related to English. Candidates whose language is English can apply.

Chapter 4 Supplementary Provisions

Article 14 The tuition fees for each major are:

(1) Undergraduate and junior college teacher education: 3,500 yuan/year (Chinese (award), 2,800 yuan/year (for bachelor’s degree);

Article 15 The scholarships and bursaries set up by the college include:

(1) National scholarship: 8,000 yuan per person per year, accounting for 3‰ of the number of students;

Article 17 According to the national academic certificate system, students who complete the courses specified in the teaching plan and pass the assessment and are allowed to graduate will obtain an ordinary higher education certificate produced by the Ministry of Education, printed by the Autonomous Region Education Department, and signed by Jining Normal University.
