1 is actually very simple. There are three options on the cool dog: playlist, classified list and Internet TV. You can put songs from your computer into the playlist by clicking on it and then right-clicking to add local songs, or you can create a new playlist in the categorized list and then add local songs to ensure that you can learn it quickly.

The cool dog I use also comes with its own music folder. If our versions are the same, you can open the folder and select all the music in it, then right-click and select "Upload to Playlist".
