Recruitment method of intransitive verbs

This recruitment is open to the public and is conducted by combining written examination (test) with interview. The specific procedures are as follows:

(a) to formulate and report the recruitment plan

According to the vacancy situation, our school makes a recruitment plan within the approved post structure ratio and reports it to the superior for approval.

(2) Release the recruitment announcement (February 2023 16 to February 24, 2023)

The interview is conducted in two stages:

The first stage of the interview:

The first stage of post interview for teachers in other disciplines is lectures (or trial lectures) and on-site defense, which mainly evaluates the practical education and teaching ability of candidates. Candidates give lectures (or try lectures) on the spot, and then answer the relevant questions raised by the examiner, who will score according to the performance of lectures (or try lectures) and defense.

The second stage of the interview:

The post of subject teachers is classroom teaching and organizing and implementing educational activities.

The interview results in the first and second stages are weighted by a ratio of 6:4 to calculate the total interview results. The total interview score is 100, and 60 is the passing line. Those who have not crossed the line cannot enter the next application stage.

If the total interview score is the same, the person with the highest interview score in the second stage will rank first.

After the interview, the comprehensive score is calculated according to the ratio of 5:5 of the total score of written test and interview, and the written test score, interview score and comprehensive score are kept at 2 decimal places.

The comprehensive score of 60 points is qualified, and the qualified ones are sorted from high to low. Those who fail to achieve comprehensive results are not eligible to enter the next recruitment stage.

Those with the same comprehensive scores rank first in the interview.

Within 7 working days after the interview, the results (written test results, interview results in the first and second stages and comprehensive results) will be published through the school or the registration website.

(5) Physical examination

According to the comprehensive scores of candidates, the physical examination candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of job recruitment plans 1: 1.

When the comprehensive scores of candidates are tied, resulting in the number of people entering the medical examination exceeding the number of job employment plans, the candidates who enter the medical examination are determined according to the principle that the highest total interview score is given priority; If the total score of the interview is still tied, the one with the highest written professional knowledge will be given priority.

Physical examination is carried out in the general hospital designated by our school, and the physical examination items and standards are implemented with reference to the unified national civil service physical examination standards and procedures.

For job vacancies caused by organizational reasons, such as applicants voluntarily giving up or not participating in physical examination or the physical examination does not meet the requirements, the candidates will be filled in order from high score to low score according to their comprehensive scores. When the comprehensive scores are tied, the replacement personnel shall be determined according to the principle that the person with the highest total interview score is given priority; If the total score of the interview is still tied, the one with the highest written professional knowledge will be given priority.

(6) Investigation

Organize the inspection of qualified personnel in accordance with relevant regulations.

The investigation contents mainly include political thought, moral quality, law-abiding, ability and quality, work attitude, study and work performance, and whether it is necessary to avoid it.

In the above investigation, candidates' personal qualities and abilities should meet the management requirements of the school.

After the inspection, the test scores will be written.

For the vacancies to be hired due to unqualified inspection, voluntary abandonment of inspection or other circumstances, according to the prescribed procedures and time limit, the candidates' comprehensive scores will be filled from high to low. When the comprehensive scores are tied, the replacement personnel shall be determined according to the principle that the person with the highest total interview score is given priority; If the total score of the interview is still tied, the one with the highest written professional knowledge will be given priority.

(7) Publicity

According to the written test, interview, physical examination and investigation, our school determines the list of candidates to be hired and publicizes it within the scope of recruitment announcement. The publicity period is 7 working days.

Accept social reports during the publicity period.

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the prescribed procedures; If there are serious problems and there is evidence, they will not be hired; To reflect the serious problem, but it is difficult to verify, suspend employment, and then decide whether to hire after verification and conclusion.

(8) Employment

The person to be hired must complete the registration formalities according to the time specified by the school (special circumstances need to be approved by the school, and the extension shall not exceed 3 months at most).

The school signs an employment contract with the hiring staff.

The employed personnel shall implement the probation system.

The probation period is included in the labor contract.

Those who pass the examination during the probation period will be formally employed; If the probation period fails to pass the examination, the employment will be cancelled.

Those who have not obtained graduation certificate, degree certificate, teacher qualification certificate, registration certificate or failed to report within the specified time will be disqualified.

Candidates who voluntarily give up employment or other circumstances lead to vacancies in recruitment positions will be replenished according to the comprehensive scores of candidates from high to low.

(9) Others

If the written test, interview, physical examination, inspection and other schedules are adjusted due to force majeure, the newly adjusted working hours will be announced at least 24 hours in advance in the open recruitment column of the website of Tianjin Education Commission () and the website of Tianjin Xinhua Middle School (). Please pay close attention to the applicants.

Anyone who fails to participate in the recruitment process for personal reasons is deemed to have given up automatically.

Seven. Discipline and supervision
