1. First open the WPS software, and then create a new PPT document in WPS. Next, select Insert-Audio-Embedding Background Music in the toolbar above. Then choose the music you need to insert on the computer. Finally, press the settings indicated by the red arrow in the figure.

2. See Figure 1: Select a sound file that can be used as background music in the pop-up dialog box, and then click "Open" to insert the background music.

3. first, open the WPS software on the computer, and then select "text"-"new blank document" in the WPS software. Next, select Insert-Object in the toolbar above.

4. Click "Insert" in the navigation bar, and you will see a background music. Insert an audio file and we will see a speaker icon. How to play the sound? Click the speaker icon with the reverse key, and there will be options for playing sound and editing sound. Click Play and click the mouse to end the play.

5. WPS computer method/step double-click to open the PPT presentation to be edited. Click "Insert" in the menu bar. Enter the page and click the "Audio" option. Pop up the drop-down box and click "Insert background music". Pop up the page and find the music file to add. Click "OK".
