It is divided into three requirements.

The interview assessment is organized by the Municipal Education Bureau. The assessment includes three items: lesson plan design, class (no students attend class), and defense. The total score for the three items is 100 points, of which 25 points are for lesson plan design, 60 points for class presentation, and 15 points for defense. The minimum score is set at 60 points. Candidates who do not reach the minimum score will not enter the physical examination and inspection.

Those who pass the physical examination and inspection will be confirmed for employment and will be posted on the Hefei Education Network for 7 days.
