Xie Zhenyu, a Guangdong native, graduated from Sun Yat-sen University, the founder of Cool Dog Music, and the former chairman and CEO of Cool Dog Company. On July 5, 20 16, Tencent merged its QQ music business with China Music Group and became the largest shareholder of the new music group through equity swap.
