1. Bulk commodities, perishable commodities, waste products, and commodities found to be damaged or in shortage during import unloading shall be reported to the inspection and quarantine agency at the unloading port.

2. For other inbound goods, inspection and quarantine procedures must be completed with the inspection and quarantine agency at the customs declaration place before or upon entry.

3. Export goods subject to statutory inspection and quarantine, except for live animals that are inspected and quarantined at the port, should in principle be inspected and quarantined at the place of origin.

4. If the inspection and quarantine location is stipulated in relevant government approval documents such as approvals and licenses, you must apply for inspection at the specified location.
