1. Try to restart the phone, or close the player software and reopen it.

2. Use a toothpick, wrap it with tape, and gently clean the earphone hole to see if it is caused by dust.

3. Try another earphone. If there is no problem with automatic playback, there is something wrong with the headset.

4. It is recommended to use the mobile phone housekeeper for physical examination to check whether there is virus on the mobile phone.

5. Back up the data and restore the mobile phone to the factory settings.

If none of the above methods can solve the problem of playing music automatically, it is recommended to go to OPPO for after-sales inspection and maintenance.
