"Baipinyuan" Culture and Art Training Center is a comprehensive art training institution approved by Jinan Education Bureau. A professional music classroom initiated by well-known experts and professors in the province and invested and authorized by China Yamaha (Tianjin) Electronics Company. Its predecessor was Jinan Jin Jian Children's Art School, which was founded in 1998.

The center is located on the second floor of the high-end office building creation and exhibition center at the junction of Wenhua East Road and Shanda Road in Jinan. All classrooms are equipped with high-grade modern teaching equipment such as central air conditioning, projectors and professional musical instruments, and there are 6 teaching bases in Jinan. The center has Kawaii Grand Piano, Yamaha -KB, PSR Series Electronic Piano, Casio Series Electronic Piano, Yin Fei Electric Piano, Dunhuang Guzheng, Bai Le, Parrot Accordion and dozens of high-end pianos such as Shiweide, Zhujiang, Xinghai and Strauss. And has its own music studio and professional recording studio, which can produce exquisite CDs and VCDs for students.
