Car Bluetooth is connected, but there is no sound. The phone is turned on silently or the volume is adjusted to zero. It may also be that the navigation on the locomotive is not turned on or the volume is too low to be heard. It may also be that after some cars are connected to Bluetooth, if the car is not in the Bluetooth media audio playback interface, the last media audio source will still be played, resulting in the mute phenomenon of playing music.
It is recommended to switch the car to the Bluetooth media audio interface, and then connect the mobile phone Bluetooth. If only the music is muted, it does not rule out that there are problems with individual versions of individual applications. It is recommended to update each application to the latest version, or try to compare with other applications.
1. The volume on the car navigator or mobile phone is not turned on.
Solution: Go to Settings-Sound, find the Media option, and turn up the volume of Media. So is car navigation.
2. The media audio on the mobile phone is not turned off, resulting in signal interference of Bluetooth function.
Solution: Enter the Bluetooth setting interface of mobile phone, turn off the media audio and keep the mobile phone audio.
