Currently, the Nanjing Yuwei Youth Public Welfare Service Center is preparing to establish three departments to integrate the volunteer resources of major universities in Nanjing, a joint committee of universities to promote the construction of a volunteer service system, and a joint committee responsible for legal publicity and education. Therefore, in order to enhance the organization and discipline of volunteers, it is particularly important to establish efficient volunteer management and service organizations, and to strengthen the institutionalization and professionalization of volunteer organizations.
