List of teachers in the Piano Department of China Conservatory of Music: Zhou Guangren, Li Qifang, Wu Ying, Yang Ming, Bian Meng, Pan Chun, Du Taihang.

1. Zhou Guangren, born in Hannover, Germany, is a Chinese piano player and educator. He is the first Chinese pianist to win an award in an international competition. In 1946, he was admitted to Shanghai National Music College. In 1947, he performed Mozart's "Piano Concerto in D minor" with the Shanghai Concession Orchestra of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. In 1948, he held a concert with violinist Valespi. In September 1949, he taught at the East China Branch of the Central Conservatory of Music.

2. Li Qifang, female, Chinese pianist. He studied piano since he was a child. From 1949, he studied at Xingzhi Art School, the High School Affiliated to Shanghai Conservatory of Music and as an undergraduate student. He was taught by Professors Fan Jisen and Wu Leyi. He has been a soloist of the Central Orchestra since 1962, and has taught at the Central Conservatory of Music since 1972. He has been invited to serve as a judge for various major piano competitions at home and abroad for many times.

3. Wu Ying, male, was born in Shanghai on March 1, 1957. He studied piano with his mother at the age of 5. Graduated from the Central Conservatory of Music in 1976. In 1979, he won the first place in the Northern China Piano Competition; in 1980, he won the first place in the National Piano Selection Competition. In 1982, he graduated from the graduate class of Professor Zhu Gongyi and received a master's degree. He then studied in Austria and studied under the piano master Badura. He graduated from the Vienna State Conservatory of Music in 1984 and taught at his alma mater after returning to China.
