"The Voice of China" was launched in 2012.

"The Voice of China" is an inspirational professional music review program launched by Zhejiang Satellite TV. The first season was broadcast on July 13, 2012 and ended on September 30, 2012.

The program invites celebrity mentors to teach by words and deeds, providing a group of musicians with dreams and talents for the development of the Chinese music scene. Four mentors select their favorite students through blind auditions to form teams, and lead their teams to compete within and between teams on music.

The program competition format of "The Voice of China"

Instructor assessment battle, each instructor team will determine the top four, one to four periods. In the first round, 16 students from each team were divided into two groups. Each group of students sang a song. The other three instructors except the home instructor and the dream instructor recommended each student. Finally, the home instructor selected one of them to advance to the next round. . In the second round, 8 students competed against each other by drawing lots and performed songs within a time limit of two minutes. The home instructor decided the winner and advanced to the top four of the team.

In the championship battle, each mentor team will advance from 4 to 1 to determine the champion. There will be four rounds in a row. The four candidates from each team are divided into two groups by drawing lots, and they compete against each other, and the mentor decides the winner. The winners of each group enter the final showdown. After 101 media judges vote and instructors score, the team with the higher overall score becomes the team champion and enters the peak night.
