Open the view, then select the slide master and delete the music in the master. Below I will demonstrate the detailed steps:

(Computer model: Lenovo 80WW, Windows 10. Version: powerpoint2010)

1. Open PPT and click View above the menu bar.

2. Then select the slide master in the view and click on it.

3. Then click Master in the slide on the left.

4. Then just delete the music in the slideshow of the template.

5. Finally, just close the master view.

Note:

The music that comes with the template generally needs to be entered into the master view and the master music can be deleted.
