Why does the Wisdom Assistant always turn off the music?
If your mobile phone automatically plays music or sound, you can do it in the following ways:

1. Check whether the music player is turned on

If the music player is turned on:

(1) You may have accidentally touched the buttons of the wired headset and the Bluetooth headset. You can solve the problem by turning off the remote control function of the application.

Take Huawei Music as an example: Enter Huawei Music >; My > Set and turn off the playback switch that supports headphones and Bluetooth control.

(2) You may have mishandled the leather case, desktop music icon, etc. It is recommended that you manually close the application that plays music automatically.

(3) After the original Huawei headset is plugged in, the mobile phone automatically plays music. This is the function of Huawei Music App. If you don't want to play music, you can close Huawei Music App in the nearest taskbar.

2. Check whether the Smart Life App has set the scene of playing music, weather, news, etc. regularly

If you set the scene of playing music, weather, news automatically in the Smart Life App, music or sound will be played automatically under the trigger condition. Please open your smart life > Scene Check the setting of the scene. If the scene is no longer needed, you can close the scene or long press the scene card and click Delete to delete the scene.

3. Check whether the related scene is set in the Smart Assistant

Please check whether it is set in the mobile phone > Wisdom assistant > Scene Linkage > Related scenes have been set in My Scene. If the scene is no longer needed, you can close it or press and hold the scene card and click Delete to delete it.

4. check the default notification ringtone of the system

if the default notification ringtone is set to music, the music will be played when the mobile phone receives the notification message, which makes you mistakenly think that the music will play automatically.

confirmation method: enter settings > Sound/sound and vibration >; Default notification ringtone, click to audition the selected ringtone, and confirm whether it is the ringtone that you hear automatically.

HarmonyOS 2.: enter settings > Sound and vibration, click on the selected ringtones such as incoming call ringtone, information ringtone and notification ringtone to confirm whether it is the ringtone that you hear automatically.

5. check the application notification ringtone

if an individual application plays music when notifying the message, it may be that the application has set the notification ringtone separately.

You can enter the settings of the app to confirm whether it is the ringtone that you heard automatically. If so, I suggest you adjust the ringtone to silent notification. For example:

information: access information >; More (three points/four points) > Settings > Information ringtone, check whether the ringtone is set to music.

wechat: enter wechat > I > Settings > New message reminder > New message system notification >; Ring tone, check whether the ring tone is set to music.

healthy use of mobile phone: enter settings, search and enter application management > Three points/four points > Show the system progress, find the healthy use of mobile phones, select notification management, and check whether the ringtones in the reminder and other programs are set to music.

You can also turn off the notification permission of the application:

(1) Set the application method separately: first clear the notification in the drop-down notification bar, and then when you encounter this problem again, drop down the notification bar, slightly slide left or right on the new application notification, click Enter after the gear icon appears, turn off the notification permission switch of the application or select the ringtone as None.

HarmonyOS 2.: you can directly choose to turn off the notification or set it as silent notification in the pop-up window after clicking the gear icon.

(2) Application method of batch setting: enter the mobile phone setting, enter the notification/notification center, click Enter Batch Management, turn off all switches, and then turn on the notification permission switch of the application as required.

warm reminder: some models don't have all switches, so you need to manually set the notification switch of the application separately.

6. Check whether privacy space/multi-user is turned on

If you don't receive any notification when your phone plays music automatically, you may have turned on privacy space/multi-user. When some third-party applications in private space/multi-user receive the message, the main space can also hear the message notification tone.

Please switch to the privacy space/multi-user, and the confirmation method is as follows:

Privacy space: enter the settings, search to enter the privacy space, and see if the privacy space has been created (the display entry instruction has been created, but the display opening instruction has not been created). If so, please enter and check.

multi-user: enter settings, search for multi-user/user, and see if there are other users. If there are, please enter to check.

7. check whether the on-demand reading/blind reading mode (screen reading) is turned on

in the p>TalkBack mode, the phone will automatically read out the specific contents you touched, selected and activated. Turn off method:

enter the settings, search and enter the screen reading /TalkBack, and turn off this switch.

in the on-demand reading mode, as long as you click specific contents on the screen, such as text or pictures, the system will read them out loud. Turn off method:

enter the settings, search and read aloud on demand, and turn off the read aloud on demand switch.

8. Restart the device

It is recommended that you try to restart your phone. Restarting the mobile phone can close some applications that were started abnormally and restore the mobile phone to normal operation.

if you still can't solve your problem, please back up your data in advance (QQ, WeChat and other third-party applications need to be backed up separately) and take the purchase certificate to Huawei Customer Service Center for testing.
