Xiamen Jiageng Theater is located in the Xiamen Jiageng Art Center in the core area of ??Jimei New Town. It stands on the Jimei District Citizen Square, adjacent to the Jimei District Administrative Service Center and close to the No. 2 entrance and exit of Guanyuan Station of Xiamen Metro Line 1. , with a land area of ??29,456.90 square meters and a total construction area of ??approximately 63,027.52 square meters, with six floors above ground and one underground floor, with a total height of 37 meters.
