1. Insert background music

On the "Insert" tab, click "Audio" - "Insert Background Music". ?

Select music files.

Click "Open".

If the current slide is the first one, the music is inserted into the first slide.

If the current slide is not the first slide and there is no background music before the current page, open the prompt "Do you want to insert background music from the first page?" Select "Yes" to add it to the homepage, select "No" will be added to the current page.

2. Set the number of background music playback pages

Insert background music After that, a small yellow speaker will be displayed in the slide. Select the small speaker, click "Audio Tools" in the ribbon, and set the playback page range.

3. Delete background music

This can be achieved by deleting the speaker icon of the background music.
