The management and control of teachers is the biggest obstacle to the large-scale expansion of musical instruments. Many music companies have been working for more than ten years, but the boss has been teaching in person. I give such a boss the most appropriate title, store manager. Not the boss. In the end, I can only be a self-employed person forever.
The second problem: the quality of teaching is completely out of control.
Hungry, students from all corners of the country attend one or two classes a week and have no habit of practicing piano at all. It's just a class, no contact. For a long time, because children don't practice, the efficiency of each class is very low, and every class fails, so every class has new problems that they don't understand. Finally, children are disgusted and rejected when they hear piano lessons. What about the teacher? More disgusting. Going to work is like going to the grave. Because of the lessons taught, children don't learn at all, and they have no sense of accomplishment in their work, and even feel sick. Naturally, they want to leave their jobs. This is also the reason why many musical instruments can't keep their teachers. In this way, it is easy to form a vicious circle, which leads to the recruited teachers not focusing on teaching musical instruments well at all, but treating their children as fools. They are perfunctory about teaching tasks, students don't like to practice, teachers don't like to teach, and of course, they can't teach results in the end. This result is actually not what everyone wants.
I also spent a lot of time thinking and exploring these two difficulties, and finally found a better solution.
Regarding the dependence on teachers, in our current mode, we first compiled a standardized teaching process. Teachers are all screws, so are everyone. Naturally no teacher can threaten us. Secondly, I am proud of my unique cheats, that is, ideological and political work, instilling corporate values in teachers, parents and children, which is not something that bosses with general music backgrounds can do. If they can't do this, it is impossible to expand the scale. This is my advantage. I am a natural speaker, and I am very infectious. For the second question about the quality of products and services, my experience is that there must be differentiation, find the core value points of the industry, do fine work and concentrate all resources to pursue. This core value point is the key to success.

First, only students who are close to the store are accepted, which is convenient for practicing piano. Parents don't have to drive to pick up and drop off every day, which increases the attendance rate of students.
Second, students are not allowed to buy a piano to practice at home. They must come to the piano shop to complete the practice plan and tasks with good quality and quantity under the guidance of teachers.
Third: you must go to the music store every day and come every day. Unless you are sick and don't come for more than three days, give up the warning and don't come for the time being. You'd rather not do business and get a refund directly.
Our students must practice the piano every day, each student must be close to the music store, and parents don't have to drive to pick it up every day. In the short term, we lost some potential students and income, but in the long term, we gained user stickiness and reputation. Students' practice will be effective, and students, parents and teachers are becoming more and more confident.
This is a lesson. Only by concentrating resources on serving target customers can we become bigger and stronger. This is how brand recognition is erected. Now customers think of our musical instrument store, and their first reaction is high level and achievement.
At present, there are thousands of students in our musical instrument store. In the words of the internet, there is traffic.
