1. Open the PPT to insert the audio file. Click the insert button in the menu bar, then click the audio button, select and click the embed background music button. Find the audio file we need to add in the pop-up window, select it and click the Open button in the lower right corner.

2. download the music to be inserted in QQ music first, as shown in the figure below. After downloading, find out where the music file is, and click to enter the folder, as shown in the figure below. Open PPT and click Insert-Sound, as shown in the figure below. Click the sound in the file, as shown in the figure below.

3. After adding music, you need to make some settings. You can select a music file and set it in the Format tab. For example, you can set the way of playing music (automatic or manual), the number of cycles of music, the start time and end time of music, and so on.

4. The method of adding audio to ppt is as follows: open the PPT presentation with music to be inserted, select the PPT page with background music to be inserted, select Insert in the menu bar, click audio in the lower ribbon, and select audio on PC in the drop-down menu, and a small window for inserting audio will pop up.
