1. Download and install QQ Music application on IPAD.

2. Open the QQ Music application and find the song you want to save in MP3 format.

3. Click the More button next to the song and select the download option.

4. After the download is completed, open the file application and find the downloaded song file.

5. In the rename dialog box, change the file extension from M4A to MP3.
