After connecting to itunes, iphone4 shows that it cannot complete the itunes store request. Network connection timed out. But I can access other websites normally.

Try this first:

"Start" menu - All Programs - Accessories - Command box prompt, enter netsh winsock reset and press Enter, then restart the computer.

If it doesn’t work, try the following method, start with the simple one:

Solve the problem of unable to connect to iTunes store (take XP system as an example)

1· If Baofengyingyin is installed on your computer, please uninstall it. (It may conflict with Quicktime) If you have other music playing software, it is best to uninstall it as well. (In case of conflict)

2. Delete iTunesPrefs. First set the hidden folder to be displayed: My Computer--Tools (Options)--Folder Options--View--Change "Hidden Files and Folder", check "Show all files and folders", and then start deleting files. The path is: c drive--Documents and Settings--Administrator (this is your computer user name. Different people's computers may have different settings. )--Application Data--Apple Computer--iTunes--iTunesPrefs (this is this file, the format is an XML document) Delete and close iTunes. After reopening, it should be fine. (After reopening iTunes, it will regenerate this file)

3. After opening the above file with NotePad (right-click the file-Edit with...), change the last line to 143465- 19,12 or 143465-19,5 (before modification it should be 143465-19,8, it is best to change it to 5, if it was originally 12 (change it to 5), and then save. Close and reopen iTunes and it should be ready to use.

See the attachment for NotePad download

4·Open iTunes--Edit-Preferences-Parents-Disable iTunes store-Allow access to iTunes U. Reopen iTunes. It’s OK to cancel the ban you just set. It should be OK to open the store at this time.

5. Uninstall iTunes and reinstall it. See the uninstall method below:

·Start menu-Control Panel-Add/Remove Programs-iTunes-Delete. Just wait for the uninstallation. It is best to uninstall Quicktime as well.

·If you install a lower version, after restarting, go to: My Documents-My Music-iTunes-iTunes Library, delete this file and then install the lower version.

6. Turn off the wireless router for a while and then turn it on again. That should do the trick.

If the program crashes, try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.
