Buyi Band was founded in Yinchuan, Ningxia on 1995. The music is simple and free and easy. Founded 20 years ago, the band released the studio album So Long, two CDs Buyi+Autumn, a cassette of Buyi, a live CD+DVD Endless Wine, EP Where is Buyi, the latest CD of 20 13, and many others were widely circulated among fans. He has composed music for the films Crazy Stone and Billions of Movies, and wrote Chinese lyrics for the theme song of the animated film Astro Boy.
