Odessa Royal Conservatory of Music (Odessa State Conservatory)
The Odessa Royal Conservatory of Music named after Nejdanova was built in
Founded in 1913, it is one of the oldest music institutions of higher learning in Ukraine. It is a member of the European Association of Music Schools and is the center of professional music education and art in southern Ukraine.
The Royal Conservatory of Music in Odessa has trained more than 8,000 musicians and composers since its founding. Some famous musicians such as I. Gilels and B. Rutyen Ka, D. Oistrakh, K. Danikevich, Y. Sack, E. Chavdal, H. Oglinytsi, etc. all studied or graduated from the school. O. Prague Music educators such as Vidavo (vocal music), P. Starialsky (violin), K. Petrova (choral conductor), etc. have also won many honors for the college. At the same time, the director of the college, A.V. Sokler, is also an academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, a doctor of arts, and a professor. Many directors and teachers of research laboratories in various disciplines have won the Ukrainian Meritorious Service Medal, the title of Outstanding Artistic Worker, and have doctorate and associate doctorate qualifications.
Since the school began to accept foreign students in 1956, there have been more than 30 countries from Europe, Asia, Africa and America such as China, Russia, Belarus, Poland, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Germany, and Yugoslavia. of international students study here.

School system:
a. One year of preparatory course;
b. Four years of bachelor’s degree;
c. One year of master’s degree;
d. Three years for a doctoral degree;
e. Those with excellent grades can skip a grade.
The Royal Conservatory of Music in Odessa has its own teaching materials and practice base. Vocal music students intern at the Opera Art School. The hall of the college is equipped with a "Saouile" brand pipe organ and a music audio-visual classroom. Students at the college have the opportunity to practice in some cities in Germany during their studies and have the opportunity to participate in international music events and competitions.
