Use Adobe Audition to scale and pitch to adjust the playback speed

Detailed operation method (taking slowing down as an example)

①Open the audio file to be changed, Select "Effect--Time and Pitch--Stretch and Pitch"

②You can see in the pop-up window that the default time is 4:49

③Increase the stretching value to see When the time becomes longer, the playback speed becomes slower

④Click OK to create slowed down music.
