The following methods can successfully turn off the startup music

A. Press the menu key - Advanced - Power on/off music (menu operation sound is also called key operation sound) - Close;

B. Press the Home button - Settings - Advanced settings - Power on/off music (menu operation sound is also called key operation sound) - Off (the volume is adjusted to "0");

C. Press the home button - Settings - Sound settings - Turn on and off music - Off (example: E600Y series).

Note: If the TV has music on and off, but there is no option to turn it off in the TV menu, please contact after-sales service for a solution.
