first run the software and then import two pieces of music. You can click on the top left corner to open it, or you can directly click on it.

Then, in the music file to be spliced, press Ctrl+A on the keyboard to select the whole song. Then, of course, you can also right-click on the channel and click Copy in the menu. If you don't want to copy the whole song, you can drag the left mouse button on the audio track to select the music part you want to copy.
