Albert Schweitzer (1875 ~ 1965) was an epoch-making man, a famous scholar and a humanist in the 2th century. He has talents in four different fields: philosophy, medicine, theology and music, and put forward the ethical thought of "fearing life". He is a great generalist with outstanding achievements in the century. In 1913, he came to Gabon, Africa, established a jungle clinic and worked as a medical aid until his death. Albert schweitzer won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1952.

After nine years of study, he obtained a medical license and a doctor's degree at the age of 38.
