3. Recruitment conditions

1. Good political and ideological performance, solid professional knowledge, strong desire to devote to education, good moral character, and good health.

2. High school teachers are ordinary college graduates with a full-time key undergraduate degree in the "211" project (geography and biology are two full-time courses) or above, corresponding majors and have obtained a teacher qualification certificate.

3. Vocational high school teachers are general college graduates with a full-time undergraduate degree (two full-time courses in Chinese, Mathematics, English, and Music) or above, corresponding majors, and have obtained a teacher qualification certificate.

4. Teachers in township central kindergartens must be graduates of a technical secondary school or above who have studied full-time early childhood education for more than 2 years, and have obtained a kindergarten teacher qualification certificate.

5. All new recruits must have graduated in the past 5 years (2008-2012) and be under 26 years old (except for master's degree or above).

1. Registration: August 12th to August 15th (8:30-12:00 am, 3:00-6:00 pm), qualified graduates should bring "Graduate Employment Agreement" (blank), " "Graduate recommendation materials" (including academic transcripts issued by the graduating school and stamped with the school's official seal), ID card, graduation certificate and teacher qualification certificate, as well as 4 recent 1-inch bareheaded photos with the same background and the registration fee should be submitted to the Daoxian County Education Bureau II Registration in the small conference room on the floor (no registration fee for teachers in industrial and trade schools and teachers in county high schools).

2. Examination: For new teachers recruited by the Industry and Trade School, registration will be organized by the Daoxian Education Bureau. The examination and trial teaching will be held at the Industry and Trade Branch (the examination time is 9:00-11:00 am on August 22, and the trial teaching time is August 23 Day), of which 40% are from theoretical examinations and 60% are from trial teaching and practical examinations; newly recruited teachers in county high schools and teachers in township central kindergartens do not take cultural examinations.

4. Applicants for kindergarten teachers in township centers must undergo tests, trial teaching and interviews:

⑴Test: The test content is the pentathlon of kindergarten teachers, namely playing, singing, jumping, speaking and drawing. The total score is 100 points, with each pentathlon worth 20 points. Playing (3 minutes): One piece of self-prepared music and one piece of lottery music (the first choice for playing instrumental music is piano, followed by organ and electronic keyboard); Singing (3 minutes): One self-prepared song for a cappella; Jumping (3 minutes): Free choice Dance section, bring your own music CD, costumes and props; Telling (5 minutes): Tell a story, recite or give a speech on a topic of your choice; Painting (10 minutes): Paint according to the prescribed theme, bring your own painting tools. Based on the test score ranking, students will participate in trial teaching and interviews at a ratio of 1:1.5 to the number of indicators (test time: August 27, 2012, test location: temporarily determined).

⑵ Trial teaching and interview: The content of the trial teaching is the content of the current early childhood teaching materials. The specific trial teaching content is determined by the applicants by drawing lots. The trial teaching time is 20 minutes; the trial teaching and interview are conducted at the same time, and the trial teaching content is 95 points, 5 points for interview content (trial teaching time: August 28, 2012; trial teaching location: temporarily determined).
