Possible reasons:
1. NetEase Cloud service provides free traffic for online listening. Only unlimited directional traffic can be used after activation, but the song search webpage requires free traffic, lyrics, etc. There is no need to stream, and loading album images online also requires traffic.
2. The free traffic for online auditions is not currently enabled for mobile users. Please confirm whether you are using a mobile network.
3. If the traffic consumption is not caused by the above reasons, it can be solved with the help and feedback of NetEase Cloud Music.
The method is as follows
1. Open NetEase Cloud Music and click on Settings.
2. Find "Help and Feedback" in the settings and click on it.
3. Click Feedback to seek help from NetEase Cloud Music.
