At present, the wall chart of Eye Exercise published by People's Sports Publishing House is a set of four-eye exercises widely used in primary and secondary schools all over the country, which is approved by the State Education Commission. The green tone of the wall chart makes the eyes feel comfortable, which is very suitable for hanging in the classroom or bedroom at home to remind everyone to do eye exercises every day. You can buy wall charts in Xinhua Bookstore.

In addition, here is a set of 5-segment eye exercises, which is similar to the wall chart and can also receive good results.

Section 1 Pressing Meridian Points

The mystery lies on both sides of the bridge of the nose half a minute away from the inner corner of the eye (Figure 1). Close your eyes when you do this part. Press the mystery point with two thumbs, press the nasal root, first down and then up, and press one to squeeze into one beat, making four eight beats in a row.

Massage the temples and shave your eyes in the second quarter.

The temple is about one inch backward between the outer corner of the eye and the brow (Figure 2), and there are five eye scraping points: Zhuzhu, Fish Waist, Sishu, Pupil and Chengqi. Scrape before rubbing when you do it. Press the left and right temples of the thumb rib with both hands (Figure 3). The remaining four fingers are perforated, and the upper and lower eyelids are alternately scraped with the inner surface of the second section of the left and right index fingers (Figure 4). The upper eye socket is from the brow to the brow, and the lower eye socket is from the inner corner to the outer corner, first up and then down, two beats each. One lap of the wheel is four beats. Then press and rub the temple with the threaded surface of the thumb four times. Eight beats in all. Do four eight beats in a row.

In the third quarter, press and knead four white dots.

Sibai point is in the middle of the lower track. When looking for this acupoint, you can first put your forefinger and middle finger together on both sides of the alar, touch the root of the alar with the fingertip of the middle finger, support your thumb in the depression of the lower stool bone, and then put down your middle finger, where the fingertip points is the Sibai acupoint (Figure 5). Don't move your fingers when you press the four white dots, and don't press the dough too much. Do four eight beats in a row.

In the fourth quarter, press and knead Fengchi point

Fengchi point is located in the lateral depression of the two major tendons under the occipital bone behind the neck (Figure 6). When doing it, put the index finger and middle finger of both hands on the Fengchi point together, press and knead once every beat, and do four eight beats.

Section 5 Wash your face and dry it

In this section, put your hands and four fingers together along both sides of the bridge of the nose, all the way to your forehead, and then pull down along the lateral brow bones and temples (Figure 7). Push-ups are four beats, pull-down is four beats, a total of eight beats, and do four eight beats in a row. It is best to do exercises after reading, writing or reviewing your lessons.

Pay attention when doing exercises, press the acupoints correctly, gently, and feel sore. Don't use too much force to avoid scratching your skin, and don't press your eyes. If you have sores or boils on your face and inflammation or trauma in your eyes, you should stop for a while and do it later.
