5. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

7. Comply with the provisions of Article 29 of the Trial Measures for the Recruitment of Staff in Institutions in Sichuan Province on avoidance;
8. Have a teacher qualification certificate (except for those who apply for a vocational teacher in Guihua Vocational School, but they must obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate within two years, otherwise they will be dismissed);
(4) In any of the following circumstances, registration shall not be granted.
Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been disqualified from the examination of public institutions due to violation of discipline in personnel examinations, those newly employed in public institutions during the probation period, and active servicemen.
Three. Registration and qualification examination
(1) Registration organization: This open recruitment is conducted by online registration and on-site confirmation. Registration and recruitment are organized by Suining chuanshan district Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Education Bureau and District Committee. The qualification examination of candidates runs through the whole process of this open recruitment. At any stage, candidates who do not meet the recruitment requirements or practice fraud will be disqualified from examination and employment.

Fourth, the exam.
This recruitment examination is conducted by written examination and interview.
(1) Written examination
1. Written test content: public basic knowledge and professional knowledge of disciplines or posts. Full marks in both subjects 100. (3) Interview
1. According to the written test results, the interviewer is determined according to the proportion of the subjects to be applied for and the job recruitment plan 1:3. If the final written test scores are tied, they will enter the interview together. If the number of people who enter the interview according to the written test results does not reach the prescribed proportion, they will all enter the interview according to the actual number of people who participate in the written test. Verb (abbreviation for verb) physical examination and political examination:
According to the recruitment discipline and job quota, according to the recruitment plan and the interview results of candidates, the personnel who enter the medical examination and political examination are determined from high score to low score. If the interview results are the same, the person with the highest written test results will enter the physical examination and political examination. The interview results, examiners who entered the medical examination and political examination, and the time of medical examination will be announced after the interview on July 28th and 29th, with the time of 20 1 1 (the way and place of announcement are the same as before).
The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) issued by the former Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health. Candidates who have doubts about the conclusion of the medical examination must submit a written application for review to the District Education Bureau within 3 days after receiving the medical examination notice. The reexamination can only be conducted once, and the physical examination conclusion shall be subject to the reexamination result.
After the physical examination, the District Education Bureau will conduct a strict examination on the political ideology, work ability, law-abiding, moral quality and whether it is necessary to avoid the candidates.
Vacancies due to unqualified medical examination and political examination shall be filled by the District Education Bureau after being reported to the District People's Social Security Bureau for approval, and according to the interview results of candidates applying for this subject or post, they shall be filled in order from high score to low score.
Sixth, publicity.
Those who pass the medical examination and political examination are candidates to be hired. The personnel to be hired will be publicized on August 5, 20 1 1 (the publicity method and place are the same as before). Informants should reflect the problems realistically by telephone, written or real-name interviews and provide necessary investigation clues. Anonymous or reflected by other means will not be accepted. To reflect the serious problem, but it is difficult to verify or deny, suspend employment, and then decide whether to hire after verification and implementation. To reflect the serious problems and verified, according to the relevant provisions should cancel the examination qualification or not suitable for employment, shall not be employed, does not meet the conditions for entry, cancel its qualification. The resulting vacancies will be filled in turn according to the method in the fifth paragraph above, and will be publicized according to the provisions of this article, subject to social supervision.
Seven. hire
(1) The proposed employee who has no objection after publicity signs a personnel employment contract with the recruiting unit (the employing unit is selected by the candidates according to the total score of the candidates from high to low), and reports to the district human resources department for relevant employment procedures.

Eight. Discipline and supervision
(1) Invite the county discipline inspection and supervision department to supervise the recruitment work, make the information, process and results public, and consciously accept the supervision of all sectors of society on the recruitment work.
(2) The recruitment shall be subject to the avoidance system. When handling the recruitment work, if the responsible personnel of the recruitment unit and the personnel engaged in the recruitment work have an interest with their husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, in-laws or other personnel who may affect the fairness of the recruitment work, they should withdraw.
(3) In accordance with the relevant provisions on disciplinary treatment of personnel examinations, candidates who violate the disciplines of examination, assessment and physical examination shall be disqualified from examination, assessment and physical examination according to the seriousness of the case, and those who have been employed shall be disqualified from employment, and relevant staff members shall be severely investigated and punished according to the law.
