QQ is an instant messaging software launched by Tencent on 1999. It can not only chat and make friends on various communication terminals, but also make free video and voice calls, or send and receive important documents anytime and anywhere, and can communicate with mobile communication terminals, IP telephone networks, wireless paging and other communication methods.

Tencent QQ supports online chat, video chat and voice chat, point-to-point breakpoint file transfer, * * * file sharing, network hard disk, customized panel, remote control, QQ mailbox, offline file transfer and other functions, and can be connected with various communication modes.

1February 1999, Tencent officially launched its first instant messaging software-"OICQ", which was later renamed Tencent QQ.
